Awful. Sold a frankly terrible copy of a watch and when I complained they said there was nothing wrong with it despite me presenting photographic evidence that it was totally different to the listing. Then changed their story when I threatened them with HMRC & Trading Standards. Told me to destroy it and send them pics and only then would they send a refund - yeah, course you will. I destroy the evidence and you send me nothing back haha! SCAMMERS - Avoid like the plague.

Do not download this app please please they're scammers. I ordered my order over a month and half ago and got nothing I contacted support and it's a ai robot talking to you saying the same thing everytime! you're order is in transit then they send a link for this order in transit and it's not the item I've ordered wow then I got told we will give you a refund has it's past our 40+ days policy and never got it still not got the items scam!

I got a very poor quality backpack nowhere near the one on website. Support team behave so bad asking the same question over and over I felt like I was chatting with robots. The refund was promised but partial not full. Would never order anything from this website again. Customer service is a nightnare
